Frequently Asked Questions

You can import many assets at once from a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, instead of adding each asset manually through the web form.

To bulk import Components

1. Login as tenant admin
2. On the left side menu, select "Import"
3. On the import dashboard, click the "Select File" button and choose the CSV file which contains the Assets list to be upload.



4. Once uploaded, click "Map field and process this file" option




5. Select assets from the CSV import type drop-down menu




6. Mapping the fields and once confirmed, click to process import button.





7. If everything goes well, we will be able to see the mass uploaded assets




8. Refer to the attached CSV template to download, update and upload bulk assets via CSV
