For Android / iOS users:

1. Open "Hik-Connect” Apps and login with your Mobile phone number and password, and the click “Login button”


2. Select “More” option at right side at bottom, and then select “your mobile account number”


3. Select “My QR Code” option



4. Send us the QR Code to our My Queen Administrator’s Mobile Number to validate and allow the CCTV Live View access.


That’s it!

Now, you can access CCTV Live View on your mobile phone via Hik-Connect Apps
