(SOAP) 10. How to Log In to the SOAP Mobile App

Setting up your SOAP app is a quick, two-step process. First, you’ll configure the connection to our server, and then you’ll sign in with your account.

Step 1: Portal Configuration (One-Time Setup)

Before you log in for the first time, you need to point the app to our specific portal. You only have to do this once!
  1. Open the App: Launch the SOAP app on your device.
  2. Configure Connection: Tap the SOAP Portal Configuration button.
  3. Enter Details: Just type in the information provided by your IT team:
    • Portal URL: (enter the portal website URL)
    • App Token: (Enter your unique security token)
  4. Save: Tap Save. These settings will be stored securely for all future use.

Step 2: Sign In

  1. Enter Credentials: On the login screen, enter your assigned Username and Password.
  2. Access the Portal: Tap the Login button.
  3. Success: Once the system verifies your portal details and credentials, you will be taken directly to your asset dashboard.

Troubleshooting Tip: If the login fails, double-check that there are no extra spaces at the end of your Portal URL or App Token. These must match the provided details exactly to establish a secure connection.

Locked out? If you’ve forgotten your password or need a new App Token, please reach out to the IT team for a reset.
