Frequently Asked Questions

Once you are logged in, you can quickly view and manage the entire inventory of devices directly from your phone.

Steps to View Assets:

1. Access the Dashboard: Open the SOAP app and ensure you are on the main dashboard.
2. Select Asset Menu: Tap on the Asset icon or menu option.
3. Choose a Category: Select Computers (or your preferred category) to pull up the full inventory list.
4. Browse and Filter: You will now see a complete list of all assets. From here, you can see the real-time status of every device, including:
   • Checked-Out: Devices currently assigned to users.
   • Checked-In: Devices available in storage.
   • In Repair: Devices currently being serviced.

                

Quick Tip: Use the search bar at the top of the asset list to find a specific device by its name or serial number without having to scroll through the entire list.

Need more detail? Simply tap on any individual asset in the list to view its full history, assigned user, and technical specifications.
