Frequently Asked Questions
LOOP LMS allows you to conduct lessons with your learners, especially when there are clarifications that need to be made regarding the course contents. LOOP LMS provides the Instructor/Site Administrator a virtual classroom environment to have lessons with your learners.
The key difference between a virtual classroom and a virtual lecture theatre is the duration of a session. A virtual classroom is a 40-minute session while a lecture theatre provides a duration of more than 40 minutes within each session.
Here’s how to set up a virtual classroom in a few steps:
1. Log in to your LOOP LMS account as an Instructor/Site Administrator. Go to Collaboration Tools > Virtual Room > Classroom (1).
2. Key in your email to be used for setting up the Virtual Classroom (2) and Submit (3).
3. Wait for the Site Administrator to approve your request.
That’s it!
Now you can set up either a virtual classroom or a virtual lecture theatre based on your training needs. For internal meetings, we suggest you set up a conference session. You can also create a chatroom and send text messages.
